Packet8 not showing names with caller ID

My wife has been complaining that our phones don't show all of the caller ID information since switching from Vonage to Packet8. It only shows the phone number, no names.

I called Packet8 support and they recommended upgrading the firmware on my device. They told me to go to this page, download and run the appropriate file for my device.

After doing so, we still had the same problem. I called support again and was told that it's a known and widespread issue (that's been going on for a couple of months) and they're working on it. It's annoying enough for me that if they don't get it fixed soon, I'll be switching to another phone provider (again.)
